H series foaming regulator is high molecular weight acrylate processing aid independently developed by our company. The purpose of adding UHMW polymer in PVC foamed products: To promote the plasticization of PVC; To improve the melt strength of the PVC foamed material, prevent the merger of bubbles to get uniformly foamed products; To ensure that the melt has good fluidity to obtain the products with good appearance. Due to the fact that different foaming product manufacturers have different equipment, technology, raw materials and lubrication systems, we have developed foaming regulators with different properties to satisfy the needs of users.

H series Acrylic Processing Aids include copolymers of methyl methacrylate and butyl acrylate. It offers outstanding efficiency for improving the processing characteristics, such as melt strength, faster fusion, and promotion of melt homogeneity and surface finish.

H series lubricant processing aid is designed to offer maximum dispersity in rigid PVC applications, it can effectively avoid adhesion between PVC melt and metal inner surface due to its excellent metal release property so as to improve surface glossiness of PVC finished products and raise efficiency in production.

H series transparent processing aid offers processing efficiency without negative affect on the optical properties, can promote the plasticization of PVC mixture and improve the transparency of PVC products.

H series of impact modifier is new generation of acrylate core-shell copolymers.

EM toughness modifier is polymer grafted by Chlorinated polyethylene and acrylic ester, with super high elongation at break therefore can effectively improve ductility of PVC, excellent low-temperature toughness and perfect processability, which can help to reduce processing aid dosage in formula. It is suitable for PVC rigid products especially for application of low-temperature toughness.

TG series Calcium-zinc stabilizer is synthesized by a special composite process with calcium salt, zinc salt, lubricant and antioxidant as the main components. Practice has proved that the processing performance is good in PVC resin products, and the thermal stabilization effect is equivalent to the lead salt stabilizer, which is a good non-toxic stabilizer. It can not only replace toxic stabilizers such as lead-cadmium salts and organotin, but also has quite good thermal stability, light stability, transparency and tinting strength.

TG series Compound lead stabilizer adopts the symbiotic reaction technology to mix the Tribasic lead sulfate, Dibasic lead stearate and metal soap with various lubricants in the reaction system with the grain size of the primary state to ensure that the heat stabilizers are fully dispersed in the PVC system, and at the same time, due to the formation of particles with the lubricant co-melting, it also avoids the poisoning caused by the lead dust. Compound lead stabilizer contain both heat stabilizer and lubricant components required for processing.

External lubricant: External lubricant is less compatible with the resin; its role is to form a lubricant layer between the molding machine or mold and the resin to facilitate the flow of the resin and product demolding. Internal lubricant: The internal lubricant has good compatibility with the resin and can reduce the melt viscosity of the resin and improve its fluidity. It has good transparency and dispersion, H-60 is both good lubricant and effective stabilizer.
